Our cakes have become so popular, that we now make sure to have our 2 smallest sizes on hand at all times for those last minute celebrations. Baked fresh daily, our Mini and Small Rum Cakes require no advance order. You will always find them available. Come on in and pick one up today! Each of our Haitian rum cakes is covered in a crumb coat for that added layer of texture and sweetness.

One may say Ray's Cakes is a product of the American dream. However, it exists thanks to the passion and baking expertise of one woman - Raymonde Marcel. You'll come to know her as Miss Ray, just as everyone in the community she's been serving since the late 80s has. When Miss Ray left Haiti and arrived in New York at 18 years old, she didn't have a vision for the basis of Ray's Cakes.

Not including our Mini and Small Rum Raisin Cakes, ALL of our cakes are made to order, with minimum 48 hours (2 full business days) advanced notice. Full payment is due at the time of ordering. Orders placed 2 weeks or more in advance may place a 50% non-refundable deposit. This ensures that your cake gets made and is ready on time for your event.
