This is the worse bakery on the planet. Customer service is non existent. The man that works there or the owners son is extremely rude as if he never received any home training. We will never purchase any goods or services from them. Hope they close down soon if they dont improve on their customer service skills. This man should be removed from the front desk.

Best cake ever. It is a little too sweet. and the frosting too. But over all the cake is delicious. its so most. i have so many birthdays coming up. this is will the place i will order my cakes. Keep Up THE Good Work

Only had it twice, the first time didn't know where it was located, had a friend tell me where to go & then I went to purchase me a birthday cake for my bf and let me tell you, this spot has one of THE BEST RUM CAKES I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I wish they didn't close as early as 6pm. I loved it so much, I added their locations as one as my favorites so I don't ever forget about this spot again.

I got my Rum cupcakes from there; very moist and a nice taste of the rum without over powering the cup cake itself. Friendly service on site and are efficient with getting orders done in a timely manner.

The smell when you walk in is of freshly baked cakes. It's just amazing what Ray's is doing in Miami. It's Haitian cake done right and I love their cupcakes as well. If you need to pick up a last minute gift for your friend, mom or dad, Ray's is definitely the best place to check out. So far I've only eaten their famous rum cupcakes and I can tell you ... it's DIVINE
