Big upgrade over Uber. We have been using Uber to bring Dad back and forth to the hospital for routine fluids associated with cancer treatment. Recent challenges pushed us to pay a little more for the added peace of mind of Prime Medical Transport. On a recent trip, the driver picking Dad up at the hospital noticed that he didnt look right. The driver insisted that Dad go back to the ER. Keen observation saved the day and Dad had to be admitted. Great service for a slight premium paid dividends that day. Well worth it.
