Our vehicles are equipped to carry 2 wheelchairs at once and accommodate 2 family members or staff to accompany the customer. Customers who need extra comfort or those unable to sit upright for the duration of the trip. One EMT professional will remain with you during the trip. Customers capable of walking to and from our vehicles with or without the assistance of cane or walker are eligible for this service.

Non Emergency transport services are not routinely a covered benefit through most private insurance companies. We require that customers pay at the time of service then work with your insurance company toward your reimbursement if there is a benefit. We will gladly mail you a paid invoice or another form of proof of transport to aid you in getting reimbursed.
