From the very beginning, as it is today, our concentration has always been on deliciously fresh variety of foods, made from scratch yet quickly served and with great customer care and service. In 1993 we separated our cafe from the box lunch and catering department. We set up our box lunch/catering kitchen just outside of downtown Seattle in the old Tropicana Hotel at Denny and Aurora.
