For customers who live in coastal areas or other places where there's a salty air environment, you've probably already become accustomed to things like rust destroying things that live outdoors. Unfortunately, if you go with standard brackets on a gas lantern you may experience the same thing.
Due to the impact of salt on our brackets, lanterns used in Coastal/Salt Air Environments without the upgraded brackets will have the normal warranty voided.However, there is a better solution. As a result of customers asking for a stronger, more corrosion resistant bracket, Flambeaux Lighting has developed an upgraded Powder Coated Aluminum Brackets which helps prevent corrosion.
