The reception space is a historic general store built in 1886 and was moved to the property here in the 1990s. The Store is historically known as the location of one of the last attempted robberies of Bonnie & Clyde in 1934. We have been doing weddings here for over 5 years now. We specialize in more intimate weddings with crowds of less then 150 guests.

We are so excited to share our property Cypress Grove Wedding Venue with you. My name is Ted and my wife's name is Joy. We are young empty nesters who returned to our hometown and purchased this property back in 2016 after living away for many years. We live on the property next to the venue and love being on site to get to meet so many awesome couples through this wonderful experience of planning their special wedding weekend.
