Ashley Heating & Air is awesome. They were responsive when I requested their service. They sent out a sales person who directed me to what I should use for the size of my home. They showed me what savings I could gain by choosing different systems. They hooked everything up in a timely and professional manner. They did not leave any dirt or stuff for me to clean up. After the install A technician gave me a through walk through on the system and thermostat. They left me assuring that my new system would get me through the hot and cold weather, and if there was ever a problem it would be their top

Contacted Ashley Heating and Air in Boise, Idaho (Yelp thinks I'm in San Francisco, go figure), for a standard AC maintenance appointment. I will give them props for communication, they sent a text the night before to remind me of the upcoming appointment. The technician Dorian (super nice guy BTW), called when he was about ten minutes out. He was super nice and knowledgeable. The problem started when Dorian found a bad capacitor which needed replacing. He had the part on-hand and when I asked about the cost, he said it was about $200.00 I excused myself for a couple of minutes and went inside
