Really good people there. I know they get asked the same questions everyday and I'm sure that gets tiring. But they took the time to answer our questions professionally and we're also friendly and helpful. The Zion Outfitters were great! Our group hiked the narrows from the top down in one day and the shoes and neoprene socks combo was perfect.
Jim and all his staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Will be going back for my next narrows adventure! Wide selection of shirts, gear, and knowledge. Went on a slot canyon expedition and had an amazing experience with aid of high quality gear loaned by Zion Outfitter! Just a quick walk from the Zion Campgrounds, our public shower facility is located on the bottom floor of the shop and remains open during operating business hours. Showers are operated by tokens which can be purchased at the front desk. Our laundry facility is located on the bottom floor of the shop and remains open during operating business hours.

Free parking is available at the Visitor Center, just a short walk from our location. Pair parking is available in our lot while spots last. 2 hour parking in our lot is free. Additional street parking is available in the town of Springdale using parking meters. The free Springdale Shuttle is available to bring you from your vehicle to the park pedestrian entrance (where we are located).

Author's Opinion: I highly recommend this hike to anyone who is visiting Zion. I make a point to enjoy this hike every winter. I love seeing all of the extra waterfalls flowing from the feeder canyons, and the extra water resurrects the moss on the canyon walls, adding greenery to the hike. The beginning of the trail starts at the Temple of Sinewava.
