Our new clients, senior clients, puppies and cats need to plan on a 3-4 1/2 hour visit their first spa session with us. If the pet is done earlier we will call you to let you know.

We try to be cognizant of the signs of stress your pet may exhibit during their stay. If your pet starts to show these signs, we will give the animal a break.
