As the demand for new construction dwindled, Mark utilized his experience in the industry to provide service, maintenance and replacement in the existing residential market. From that moment, Pacific Aire, Inc. was born. Over the next 30 years, Pacific Aire, Inc. would operate from several locations within the City of Ventura.

A Family-run heating and air conditioning (HVAC) company serving Ventura County, Santa Barbara, and Santa Clarita. Keep your AC running cool in the Summer and furnace running warm in the Winter. I'm not quite sure what the negative reviews are about. It's not unusual for emergency services to cost more that if you were to make an appointment and wait.
