Ethio- Walya Soccer Academy (EWSA) is a nonprofit organization, based in Colorado, recognized by the city of Aurora and a member of Colorado soccer association. My name is Tadesse Gebryes, and I am the president & founder of Ethio-Walya Soccer Academy. EWSA was launched in 2014. I was born and raised in Ethiopia, and I grew up playing Soccer.
My professional career started at an early age playing for a youth club, then I joined a Premier league in Ethiopian team. After I moved to the United States, in 2002, I started playing for Denver Tana sport club for two years and became the coach of this team for 8 years. That was a huge achievement for me, and I was dreaming about how to give back to my community and the future generation.
