The only reason we used this appraisal company, was because the bank chose them for our refi. If we had known what our experience was going to be, we would have requested a different company! We have shared our terrible experience and requested they take this company off their list of appraisers.
Karen was rude, a very poor communicator and unprofessional. She never returned my messages, until she received an email from our bank. She was VERY clear that we were not their clients, the bank was, and proceeded to be rude towards me.Yet, we are the ones paying their $550 fee!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
The lack of professionalism we experienced with Karen was unacceptable. She would not return a single phone call and multiple requests had to be sent to get her to go preform her job. She cost 2 families a lot of time, money and heartache. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

They do not conduct business in any kind of timely manner. They told us that our appraisal would be done on a certain day and it is 4 days later and it is still not done with no promise of it being done. We are having to hold off on closing on our home because of this poorly managed business. Beware, do not use this company unless you have the patience of an angel.

As an investor I deal with many appraisal companies. After my experience with this group and being ripped off. My word of advice tell your lender you want a different appraiser.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
Currently the cheapest home for sale in the Hutchinson nmls is 1004 N Pershing St, Hutchinson, KS 67501. 1 bedroom 1 bath for $42k.
Chad just appraised my home and you can see his notes in the appraisers documenting my updates to the property. New electrical service, added central heat and air, full gut and reno of the bathroom, added laundry service to the main floor and a pantry to the kitchen
