The eating plan uses only foods you will find right at the local grocery store and the hypnosis trains your mind to be able to eat the proper foods, in the proper amounts while feeling satisfied and comfortable.

You will not feel deprived because you eat normal food and with the hypnosis, your mind will no longer crave the foods that make you gain weight. Our integrated program involves 3 sessions that take place over three weeks. Through a combination of motivational hypnosis and practical nutritional counseling, we'll work on helping your subconscious and conscious mind reprogram your attitudes towards food, eating, and exercise.
