Niki is a graduate of the Nationally Acclaimed Culinary Arts Program at Schoolcraft University and brings years of experience and a passion for flavor and a love for creating.

Great Harvest has been baking bread the way it ought to be from the beginning, and we still believe in our phenomenal bread-making process. We still believe in using pure, simple ingredients. We still bake everything from scratch. And we still fresh mill our 100% whole grain flour every day. Baking from scratch was the norm for our parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and so forth.

We love baking fresh whole wheat products for you. This month we're so excited to introduce you to Sonoma Bread! It is 100% whole grain and 100% delicious. Golden raisins, cranberries, and lemon and orange zest give it a bright and refreshing taste. Pumpkin and sunflower seeds add texture, a nutty flavor and crunch.

Wonderful products and service with quality baked goods. I'm a huge fan of the giant cookies and the raspberry swirl bread they provide by special order. As a local Realtor, I highly recommend this bakery where you can get the best bread in Delta Township. Now I need to go eat one of my delicious cookies. :-)
