Katie O. Fine Jewelry is a family owned and operated business. Katie's father has been in the wholesale jewelry business since 1981. He started as a jewelry buyer for the largest wholesale company in the Western United States. Eventually this lead him to New York and a position as the Executive Vice President of a division of the world's largest diamond wholesaler.
While attending the world famous "Fashion Institute of Technology" in Manhattan, Katie started her career in the wholesale jewelry business. She began working with the same world's largest diamond wholesaler with her father. Katie specialized in the area of bridal jewelry, learning the jewelry business from one of the most respected merchandisers in the entire industry.

This is one of those places where 5 stars is not enough. I went in looking for an anniversary band and found a beautiful one for a great price.
The ring itself is stunning but almost more impressive is the staff and the knowledge of the product being sold.
The shop is very cute. This is not a big commercialized store. That brought extra appeal.
I was even pleasantly surprised that my ring was ready earlier than expected.
I am looking forward to my next piece for my jewelry collection, I know where I am going first. Here!

I took my wife's charm bracelet to Katie O to have it fixed after an unfortunate garbage disposal incident. The bracelet was a gift from before we were married and had a lot of sentimental value. It was pretty mangled, but my wife wanted to see how much it would be to have repaired. Bill made it clear up front that the repairs were likely to be more than the actual value of the bracelet. We went ahead and had it repaired anyways and could not be happier with the results. The bracelet was fixed in a week and somehow looks just as good as the day I bought it, I also got to see her reaction a second

DO NOT BRING AN EXPENSIVE WATCH TO BE WORKED ON HERE!!! If you plan on getting a nice watch serviced here, look elsewhere. He managed to damage the casing on my watch to the point where it cannot fit back onto the watch. Then just gave me an "I'm sorry". The best part was not getting charged for the battery.

From the beginning, Bill was knowledgeable, never pushy, and worked with me to ensure I got the ring I wanted within budget. I love my ring from them. My engagement ring was a beauty, but the wedding band I wanted to go with it didn't work. The store helped me create a custom piece and find wedding bands to match. They mounted the center stone a little higher than I had it before and it is stunning. Great customer service and fast turn around time!

Description of My Engagement Ring:
1. Band is made of sterling silver and the stone is a 7mm lab-cultured white sapphire (I didn't want him to invest in an expensive ring yet because I'd rather we use that money to buy a home or new car).
2. I have to wear it on my middle finger because the size is too big for my ring finger. Besides, I work 2 jobs: One as a toddler teacher between the ages 1-3 and the other at a hospital and I care for patients; why would I want to wear a ring that can harm the people I take care of? So I leave it at home or wear it on date nights with him (on my middle finger
