Angela and her team at Total Body Wellness have been great to work with. The program is clear to follow and they have answered all of my questions every time I go in. And I have had a lot of questions. In the first 5 weeks, I have lost 30 lbs and on my way to my target weight. It is not an easy program, but the easy route is what got me to be a 300 LB, unhealthy man. I couldn't ask for a better team to help me get healthy and active again.

Total Body Wellness Group in Maple Valley is fantastic. As a guy, they have helped me lose 28 pounds in 6 weeks. The program is flawless if you stick to the plan. Angie is one of the kindest people I have met in a long time! The staff are all amazing and are dedicated to your success in whatever your health goals may be. In the day in age we are all living, they ALL make a huge difference in the definition of what is support . Personally I will go back after I am done with my program to stay grounded and stay the course. And I have no doubt they will be there for me for whatever my goals are to achieve. Btw her medical techs are just as awesome!
