Always burn pillar candles long enough to create a pool of wax across most of the diameter of the candle. Burning the candle long enough to create a pool of wax across most of the diameter of the candle will prevent your candle from forming a canyon in its center. This is typically an hour per inch of diameter but because we make these candles longer burning, 1 1/2 to 2 hours per inch of diameter may be required.

This all came in addition to cooking for the family and then tending to livestock, which filled her years on the farm. As a young lady Autumn's great grandmother introduced her to oil painting, which she enjoyed well into her adult years. The painting experience helped to give her a foundation for under glazing and sculpting clay.
