Services
RV Spaces
We offer 92 full-hookup RV spaces with 30-amp or 50-amp service, ranging from 25 to 100 feet in length. Our shaded sites are spread across three park sections, with proximity to bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities. Pull-through and back-in options accommodate both small and large rigs.
Camping Cabins
Our camping cabins sleep up to four guests with a queen bed and futon. Each unit includes a microwave, refrigerator, and climate control. Located in the park's oldest section, these cabins provide easy trail access and are surrounded by mature shade trees.
Miner's Cabins
These renovated miner-style cabins feature private bathrooms, queen beds, and futons. Modern amenities include kitchenettes and climate control. Positioned in the park's shadiest area, they combine rustic charm with contemporary comforts for up to four guests.
The Cottage
This fully renovated three-bedroom house sleeps eight guests with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Central heating and air conditioning ensure comfort year-round. Hardwood floors and modern fixtures create a home-like atmosphere with direct ATV trail access.
UTV Rentals
Piute ATV Rentals provides side-by-sides and ATVs for trail exploration. Located on-site, we offer detailed maps and route recommendations. Our fleet ensures riders can experience the Paiute Trail system's diverse terrain without bringing their own vehicles.

Shady campground, right in the heart of Marysvale. Several types of sites to choose from and they have cabin and RZR rentals onsite, too. Their office has trail maps and information, a few snacks and trailer supplies. Campground restrooms are clean and spacious, but there were only 2 so plan accordingly. Showers are coin operated, which seems to be a theme in Marysvale. Staff was very helpful, Internet was very good for the area.

Super friendly staff. John totally hooked us up! One of our friends had the wrong shore power cord and John loaned them a cord. Thank you! Now we don't have to listen to the generator...

We had a GREAT time staying here. Super clean and friendly. We made new friends and will make sure to keep in touch. Cant wait to come back next summer for more fun and bring the whole family!

Top of the line side by sides with awesome features to help you navigate the local trails. GPS and Bluetooth were included on our 900 rental which made the experience one to remember

Great place to get a shower! They're coin-operated (quarters). I used the ones near the office. So I got a little bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet all for myself. There's a laundry room there too, but I'm not sure if visitors can use it.

We rented out a tent space for a few nights and had the best time. Location is super close to the Paiute trails, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Staff is very helpful, and the park is clean (with nice bathrooms!!). Can't wait to come back!
