I started Big Bird's Carpet Cleaning in June of 2011 in Sierra Vista, AZ. I had the equipment, experience, and the heart to do something big with my life. My vision in life is to build this business but at the same time to help other people. After much adversity and struggles in life I found Jesus Christ in 2009.
Since then I have the desire to help other people find the same way home. My wife, Linda and I are the owner/operators of Big Bird's Carpet Cleaning. Mike did an amazing job cleaning the carpet and stairs in our rental house! The carpet was very dirty, but after the spot treatment and Mikes high powered cleaning machine. It looks brand new!!!!! Mike was very professional, personable and extremely reasonable in price! I just can't say enough good things about Big Birds Carpet Cleaning =)

I recently used Big Bird's carpet cleaning for the first time.
While my family was gone on vacation, our dog sitter wasn't too careful and our little pup ended up peeing all over EVERY cushion on the couch and love seat. Upon returning home, I noticed that all 5 cushions were in very rough shape with some still wet and all reeking horribly. I called Mike at B.B. and he was able to come over the next day after I returned from work. He preferred to meet during normal business hours but even though I wasn't able to do this, he still found a way to swing by in the evening.
