James Automotive Center is a locally owned family business. JAC was established in 2014, however, William James Jr has been a full-time automobile mechanic for 36 years now. JAC is co-owned by myself, Suzanne Luker and William James Jr. We work together in gaining our customers' trust and exceeding their expectations ~ this is at the heart of our organization, caring for each customer's vehicle as if it were our own.
I went into this business with james after coming to know him as an excellent mechanic who was passionate about his work. I could see that repairing cars was in his blood~ he was a natural. He can tear things down in his mind, improve and repair, and put back together, many times in his sleep. Most important is that James believes his work speaks for who he is, treating others with the fairness that he appreciates.

It is a misconception that you must service your vehicle at the dealership to maintain your warranty, and that is U.S. Federal Law (see the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, enacted in 1975). This is simply not true, and it states so in your owner's manual, under Maintenance Schedules. Service at a dealer is not mandatory to keep your warranties in effect.

We keep track of required services and send reminders, to include all manufacturer's recommendations. Every service visit, the vehicle is inspected bumper to bumper, with inspection checklist signed by an ASE-certified technician.
