Services
Epidural Injections
Epidural injections deliver targeted medication to reduce inflammation and pain in spinal nerve roots. This minimally invasive procedure benefits patients with herniated discs, sciatica, or spinal stenosis. Our specialists use precise imaging guidance to ensure accurate placement for optimal relief.
Radiofrequency Denervation
Radiofrequency denervation uses heat to disrupt pain signals from specific nerves. Ideal for chronic neck/back pain, this procedure offers long-term relief by targeting sensory nerves. Our team employs advanced techniques to maximize effectiveness while minimizing tissue damage.
Botox Injections
Botox injections treat chronic migraines and muscle spasms by blocking pain-related neurotransmitters. This therapy provides sustained relief for patients with tension headaches or localized muscle contractions. Our specialists customize dosages to address individual pain patterns effectively.
Spinal Cord Stimulation
Spinal cord stimulation uses implanted devices to interrupt chronic pain signals. This advanced therapy benefits patients with failed back surgery syndrome or complex regional pain syndrome. We offer trial periods to assess effectiveness before permanent implantation.
Sympathetic Blocks
Sympathetic blocks diagnose and treat pain from nerve dysfunction like CRPS. By injecting anesthetics near sympathetic nerves, we can reduce abnormal pain responses. Our specialists use real-time imaging to enhance procedural accuracy and patient safety.

What a horrible experience. The staff at this clinic are the worst, they are so rude and condescending. My wife's tramadol prescription ran out a week ago and the pharmacy has send multiple refill request but there has been no response from their office. When she called all they would tell her was that it's on the doctor's fax, nothing much that they can do to help and that she would need to schedule an appointment. There wasn't any offer to even go and tell the doctor that he has an urgent fax, or to put her through to her doctor, all the lady would say was well there's nothing that she could

If you just want continuous medication prescriptions, then this office is perfect for you. To me, as a patient, their practice is extremely unethical. All they care about is making money, instead of helping their patients in dire need of help to find a real solution. If you need any disability applications needed from your pain management doctor, then I'm telling you now NOT to go here. Their fee is $500 for any disability application paper. As a patient myself, the doctor told me to my face that he will NOT do any paperwork. Because it "takes too much time". To me personally, that is extremely
