Friendly but poor communication overall. I specifically requested a face tattoo and was clear about it over the phone. That artist said that it would be no problem and then when I showed up several hours later for the appointment he said that he would be unable to perform my request. I have no issue with any tattoo parlor or individual artist policy but it is pretty disappointing and a huge waste of time when they say one thing and then communicate another thing several hours later.
