Ordered a garage door they told me it will be 2 weeks to get it after 3 weeks I called them they said something got messed up they forgot to send the track so finally after a month it finally came in should have got it discounted but nope had to pay full price probably will not deal with them ever again

I'm a homeowner building my own house and I've bought quite a bit of stuff from Berlin Lumber. They've always been extremely helpful and great to work with. They one small issue I had (delivery missed) they completely made up for. Great people to work with and they answered all my dumb questions. Highly recommend.
