Gymnastics & Ninja Training for All Ages
Arnold's Gymnastics Academy (AGA) was founded in May 1996 by Cynthia Arnold, starting in a 3,000-square-foot facility. Over the years, we expanded to a 12,000-square-foot space in 2004, offering dedicated areas for preschool gymnastics, dance, and ninja training. Our mission is to make gymnastics accessible to all, fostering self-confidence, goal-setting, and discipline through safe, high-quality instruction. With over 25 years of experience, we have impacted thousands of students and raised significant funds for children's charities. In 2018, Cynthia's daughters, Samantha Nelson and Sarah Medeiros, took over leadership, continuing her legacy of inclusivity and passion for the sport. Our programs cater to children aged 18 months to 18 years, with structured classes, summer camps, and special events designed to build physical and life skills.

Our certified instructors prioritize personalized feedback, ensuring each student progresses at their own pace. We host annual performances and community fundraisers, reinforcing our commitment to both athletic development and social responsibility. Our facility includes obstacle courses, foam pits, and tumble tracks, providing a dynamic environment for learning. We offer flexible scheduling, including preschool classes, recreational gymnastics, and competitive prep teams. Our ninja program combines gymnastics and martial arts, promoting strength, coordination, and discipline. Customer testimonials highlight our clean facilities, reasonable rates, and exceptional staff who create a welcoming atmosphere for all skill levels.

I hate that I had to put one star because they deserve nothing. Worst people to deal with, all what they care about is collecting money. They have kids teaching kids and yet charging like professional schools. My daughter level dropped remarkably when she joined this school. Customer service is horrible and it is all about how much they can get money from you. Please think twice before deciding to send your kid there

I can not say enough about Arnold's! They are a small family run business and the 2 sisters who own Arnold's are phenomenal. The coaching staff is kind, caring, dedicated and knowledgeable. My 12 year old is a competitive gymnasts and has been at Arnold's since she was 6. She deals with some mental toughness issues, as many competitive gymnasts do, and the coaching staff is always there to help and create new ways to approach things for her. I also bring my niece to their rec classes and she loves it. She's learned focus, listening and many gymnastics skills here. Arnold's is our 2nd home.
