In 2005 I sarted going to this practice with Dr. Lersch with my 1st born daughter. In 2012 a nurse in gave my second daughter at 18 month old the 5 year MMR vaccine instead of her chicken pox vaccine. Keep in mind she received the 1st MMR vaccine about 8 months prior. She was very ill for a week and her happy personality faded. I did not know what happened at the time. She was supposed to get 1st dose of chicken pox vaccine. I was not informed of the mix up in vaccine voluntarily. I was told about it when we went years later for her chicken pox booster. She apparently never received her 1st

Don't be late for an appointment. You may have scheduled you're whole day around it, taken your child out of school early, but they don't care. If you're late, they just say you need to reschedule. Doesn't matter that you'll likely wait for 20 or 30 mins in the room once you get there when you are on time, just don't be 10 minutes late.

Their late night answering service was absolutely horrible to deal with. Our toddler had a 104.3 fever for several hours and was also exhibiting chills, diarrea, etc, and for 3 hours, we couldn't get their on call doctor/ nurse to call us back. We eventually gave up. Just warning other parents to not rely on this service they offer. I'd love to change providers based on this experience and will be talking to my wife about it. I was told by the service that Dr. Flick was on duty.

I needed a last minute sick child appointment for my little ones today and they were able to fit me in. We saw Pam and I'm so glad-she was able to see right away that one of children was asthmatic and it was triggering his cold. She was quick and intuitive to come up with solutions. I'm really glad she is who we saw and her helpful diagnosis. She got us on a fast track treatment plan and I'm really thankful. All the while being kind and patient with my children.
