If you prefer trees to concrete we offer rolling hills of oak & cypress, old south style moss-draped oak trees, winding rivers to canoe, manatees to swim with, and nearby crystal-clear spring fed lakes teeming with bass.
All RV spaces include both 50/30 amp electric service, city water, and septic hookups. Phone service, cable TV, or satellite TV hookups are available. Plenty of room for long RVs. Also available is a large 1700 square foot clubhouse designed with handicap accommodations including full kitchen, covered outdoor picnic pavilion, horseshoe pit, shuffleboard courts, mail facility, and a new laundry facility with showers and bathrooms.

We are located on State Road 44, better known as Gulf to Lake Highway, a new 4 lane divided highway. This runs east-west and connects the towns of Crystal River and SR 19 on the Gulf of Mexico to the west and Inverness to the east which is home to the 24,000 acre Tsala-Apopka chain of lakes. Further east are intersections with SR75 and the Florida Turnpike.

Seniors: Not content to just rock away the golden years? Many of our residents are "snowbirds" that live up north in the summer and come south to enjoy the perfect weather here while escaping the harsh winter climate. About 80 permanent residents that reside in our 55 and over adult park are friendly, helpful, and are glad to provide local knowledge on things to do and places to see.
