Physical health and fitness have long been a passion for Robert Berkley PT, DPT. After serving in the military repairing machinary, Robert decided to pair his love of exercise with his desire to fix things that are broken. He received a B.S. in physical therapy from Daemen College and went to work as a physical therapist for Oswego Health where he was quickly promoted to clinical manager.

Knee
Report
The knee is one of the strongest and most important joints in the body. The knee joint is vital for individuals to participate in daily activities, such as walking, running, sitting and standing. The knee joint consists of 3 bones; the femur (thigh bone), the patella (knee cap) and the tibia (lower leg bone).
Shoulder
Report
The shoulder is made up of 2 bones: the humerus and scapula, but has the clavicle in the area assisting as a muscle attachment site and helps with motion. The ball and socket configuration of the shoulder makes this a very unstable joint that needs support from the surrounding muscles, such as the rotator cuff to provide both mobility and stability to the joint.
Acl
Report
The job of a physical therapist is not only to rehabilitate your ACL but, to get you back to your specific activity as quickly and safely as possible. If you injure your ACL during sport activity or normal activities of daily living our doctor specific protocols are designed to get you back to activities fast.
Kinesio Taping
Report
Kinesio Taping is a taping technique in which the tape is strategically applied over the patient's muscle(s). Unlike traditional sports' taping, where the tape is wrapped around a joint to provide stabilization and support, Kinesio Taping promotes relaxation of overused muscles, relief from pain, and a decrease in inflammation while maintaining the patient's range of motion.
