Fantastic and eclectic collection of spirits with special emphasis on local and Texas brands. Staff is very helpful. They suggested Bouvery CV chocolate liqueur and Ive been hooked ever since.

First time yesterday. I am 7 months pregnant, was waiting for the bistro to open. So while waiting the lady from Proof came out and took a picture of a pie. So i said once im done eating i will grab me a pie. So i went in. First they are polite, and well i got the pies and well again since i am pregnant said why not get a sandwich. Lol. So i did, me thinking they were sub types. It was a regular sandwich, But in all honestly it was the best fresh tasting sandwich i could ever of had. And the chocococonut pie is so so good....

Oh my gosh, their Rueben Gonzalez sandwich is too delicious. You gotta try it. Added bonus, they offer a gluten-free bread option too!

I've hesitated to write a review here because my main experience is just to walk in, grab a bottle, and check out. Not much to review there. The prices are marginally higher than what you'll find somewhere like Twin Liquors, but that's to be expected from a smaller business. The deli is where they really shine. I've ordered a few sandwiches from them now and they are consistently fabulous. It takes a minute because they make their food to order but you won't mind the wait after taking a few bites. The staff is friendly and efficient, the prices are acceptable, and the food is bomb. If you find

My wife and I eat here at least twice a week. The sandwiches and soups are fantastic! They're very friendly and knowledgeable. Wine and whiskey selections are amazing as well.
