I agree with all the other comments. This place is awful. Rude employees obviously don't care about the customers. Have not been back in years. I had toooo many bad experiences.

Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Their customer service is terrible, and the sales reps are rude D-bags. Took me three weeks of going back and forth, dealing with their foul attitudes and lack of assistance before taking my business to National lumber. Any major lumber supplier or warehouse would be a good alternative to this small time supplier that shows little interest in gaining new business. Thank me later for saving you the hassle.

I've been to Falmouth Lumber a number of times as a homeowner. The customer service is deplorable. There has only been one visit where I felt welcome to ask questions as a homeowner. The staff working the counter treat you like you are an annoyance. They have no consideration for the homeowner who is not a contractor, usually doesn't have the answers, and needs assistance without a condescending attitude. While we try to shop at our local businesses rather than the chain stores, Falmouth Lumber makes it difficult.

I delivered a load of OSB there yesterday morning. Real easy to get in and out with a tractor trailer and the staff there was amazing. I'll go back there any day.

This place needs a wake up call, twice now tried to return defective products, as a contractor nevermind how a homeowner is treated, and the return was refused, As a contractor I find this funny how these small place complain about HD and Lowes when they provide such bad service with higher prices.
