I prepared to apply for an apartment and was instructed to turn my paperwork in by hand to a location that was nearly an hour drive for me. I arrived at the location in Los Banos and this was on a Thursday at 10:30AM, no one was there and I had questions I wanted answered. I called the watsonville location (which is significantly closer) and was told that someone had already turned in an application and I would just have to come back later. Her tone was so apathetic and rude. I would have been totally fine if I was spoken to with some more tact and class but, this is frustrating when I'm wasting

I and several others have complaints about this reality they will pretend to be be professional but in fact are rude and ifor I had someone manage my property I defiantly would want things fixed right away before it causes more problems and they obviously don't have a problem with ca ca roaches there properties on G st are infested and they have not fixed the problem
