Coordination of care with hospitals, specialists, and schools to ensure your family is receiving the care you need. Below is the American Academy of Pediatrics recommended Immunization schedule for babies. This schedule may vary due to certain reasons, including your baby's health. Please check with us to make sure your baby is up-to-date with his/her immunizations or if you have any vaccine concerns.

Munoz, MD takes pride in offering a range of appointment times to accommodate your schedule. We also accept Walk-In appointments. Please call our office to schedule any appointment and our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time to the best of their ability.

Payment is due at time of service and is collected at check-in. This includes co-pay, co-insurance, deductible, and/or any outstanding balance on the account. For further information please read our Financial Policy. If a condition arises that is urgent or an emergency, always seek immediate medical attention at your nearest emergency room (or dial 911).

We want you to call. We do not want anyone sitting at home (or at the office) worrying about something, and not calling us. There is NO such thing as too small of a question, and we want you to feel comfortable with all issues regarding your child and family. Therefore, we try to make ourselves as available as possible by opening the office at 9:00 am each day and returning your telephone calls throughout the day.
