The first Zio's Pizzeria opened in 1985 with our Dodge Street location, where we introduced freshly-made New York Style pizza and calzones to Omaha. Each pizza and calzone is always hand-stretched and made from scratch every day, and we've added over 40 fresh toppings to choose from. Our second restaurant location opened in 1989 in Baker's Square on 132nd and West Center Road, expanding our reach to more Omaha residents.

Came for a some nice classic New York style pizza... waited 20 minutes at our table before going up to the counter to order ourselves, the server never came around after either. After watching most of the other tables have to grab their own refills we got our own drinks and refills. When the food finally came out 40 minutes later it was wrong..
I love this restaurant and it's food. The server tonight REALLY missed the mark. Restaurant wasnt very busy at all.. Please help them with table attentiveness

Update: Don't know why I keep going to this location. Place order online through their website. Got to store to pick it up, it never got entered. Had to wait another 40 minutes for it to be made and then the order was missing an item. Got home and part of the order was wrong. Manager won't do anything since it was an online order. Don't recommend this location.
Don't allow customers to request curbside pickup if it's not something you are staffed to do. I called when I arrived and was told it would be brought out when ready. Went in 10 minutes later to check and it was in the warmer waiting for

Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza for carry out in the store at around 3 o’clock. Place was dead but it took at least 20 minutes for my pizza. Sauce isn’t good, I think they just stomp tomatoes in the back with their feet then throw it on the pizza. With the long wait I don’t know what they were doing back there but it wasn’t baking my pizza, needed at least another 2 mins in the oven. Very soggy just falls apart if you can pick it up. Pepperonis were like they put them on after baking the pizza not crispy at all. Do not recommend. One positive was the dude apologized for the wait but thanks

Honestly really disappointed...

My husband and I got a pick up order from here through Doordash. The free drink while I was waiting didn't quite make up for the fact that it took nearly 45min AFTER the order was suppose to be ready (45min from when we placed the order) for us to finally receive our food. I didn't know it took 1.5hrs to make a pizza!

The worst part wasn't the waiting... it was the pizza itself! Seriously nasty. There was barely any sauce so the cheese and toppings fell off instantly when trying to pick up the soggy soppy crust. It was basically

The 2 slices with up to 2 toppings and soda deal is awesome, especially if you want to try out new things. The portions were excellent, much more substantial than a fast food restaurant for a $10 meal with free refills on drinks. Restaurant area and bathroom were very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Really tasty pizza!!!

After waiting an hour and 45 minutes we were informed by the manager that there was nothing made. The assistant manager also took no responsibility for the problem. And apparently called the owner and the owner offered no decent solution. I have never had such a poor experience at a restaurant in Omaha. The waitress was awesome, she deserves better management than she has

Went last night for dinner. Our boys LOVE pizza and it’s a quick dinner. I have a dairy and soy free diet and was sad to discover they don’t offer an allergen menu. However, the manager on duty, Jeff, went above and beyond to find the ingredients for me of certain menu items. He could have easily just lied but went back to the kitchen multiple times to see what ingredients were in what. I really appreciated it!

Finally got around to grabbing some "Za" from the west O location. Very pleased. Phone ordering was easy to get someone fast, friendly and ready right on time. The cat working the driver thru was awesome, explained the coupon scratch deal they have going and was really cool.

Top Tips

1. Probably the best Buffalo Chix slice I have ever had. Now to all the purists out there, get over it and try it, you won't be disappointed.
2. Very solid Marg slice as well. Great portions of basil, fresh mozz and great crust.

Support local business, the few extra dollars go back to the

Okay, I love zios. I will continue to come back because the pizza is so good. However, tonight I ordered a single slice to go. I ordered through the third party app on their website, Slice. It quoted 40-50 minutes, which I thought seemed a little long so I called to double check. They said that was not accurate and it would be ready much sooner. My husband went to pick it up 45 minutes after the ordered time. It was not ready. I understand things get busy, but 50 minutes for a slice is frustrating. Hoping they can improve their ordering and timing.

First the good, we (me especially, but the whole family likes it a lot too) come here for the Chicken & Feta combo pizza. The chicken/artichokes/tomatoes/feta/basil are the most mouthwatering combination! Yum, yum!! The lunch specials are great too. They're usually pretty speedy with those. However the service is absolutely the worst in town. As long as they don't screw up your order (that happens) or get lied to about the pick up time, you're good. Four stars for great pizza, but they could use some serious help in the customer service department.

Worst pizza I've ever tasted. Bland with cubed ingredients that make you think you're eating a frozen pizza. Really regretted trying out this chain. Still haven't been able to find a decent pizza in Omaha.

Worked at Zio's for 6 years & if you have never had the pizza, I always suggest you get it BY THE SLICE. Each slice is 1/8 of our XL pizza & they are all made to order with fresh cut veggies, meats & cheeses. Get a 4 for 3 slice! Pepperoni, Pineapple, JalapeƱo, Cream Cheese.

The service was horrible. We waited forever for our drinks and our food. Zio's needs to understand that just because you use a hoagie role, does not make it a hoagie. On s hoagies you do not heat up the meat and cheese. It was a big disappointment to this Jersey girl.

Pizza just isn't that great. Especially for what you pay. Not bad, but not better than other options priced similarly. Real doughy. So much so that it was hard to transfer a slice from the box to plate. Could have used another 5 minutes in the oven.

New location. So, we waited for all the locals to realize this Zio's sells the same stuff the other three Zio's in Omaha do and stop mobbing the place. It's not new to Omaha. Just new to this Zip Code.

We came here with a party of 9 for dinner on a Friday. The dining room was shockingly empty for 6:30 PM on a Friday. Good thing though. Most of their seating is booths and high top tables. So, they only have a few regular tables that can be pushed together to accommodate a large party. That seems like poor planning since pizza is a common choice for large groups of people looking

Very confusing. Immediately when you walk in there is a sign that say "please wait to be seated" but there is absolutely no room to stand. There is a large menu that says "order this way" that added to the confusion. We eventually sat ourselves and it took 10 minutes for someone to wait on us. There were many people working in the kitchen area but only one server. Garlic bread wS very good! We had taco pizza and it was a bit doughy but still flavorful. I think we may wait for this place to work the kinks out and then try again.

The pizzas were nothing special and cost much more than they should compared to other pizza makers in the area. The chocolate chip cookie bites were just plain nasty. They taste like fish breading, fried in stale grease and with very little chocolate flavor. They really didn't even resemble a chocolate chip cookie. The vanilla ice cream that came with it taste like cheap store brand ice cream with almost no vanilla flavor.

It's too bad our experience wasn't better. This location would be very convenient for us. And the drive-thru pickup window could be handy, especially if the

Our family came here on a Tuesday night and it was not very busy. We waited 15 minutes before someone even took our drink order, which only happened because I got up and flagged down a waiter.
It took 45 minutes for our food, anytime I have been to any other Zios location it didn't take this long.
The food tasted good, the pizza was much thicker then what we are used to for Zios. Also, I ordered a salad which never came.
Overall we were there for over 90 minutes, which was not what we were planning for. We'll give it another shot down the road, when the kinks are hopefully worked out
