Hebert did a great job and even came back to fix some sprinkler heads by the garage that werent working properly and changed them to a drip line. Theyre really attentive to everything. Im impressed with how responsive theyve been. They did a professional job.

I had an emergency when one of my sprinkler heads broke. It was in a difficult location where I could not take care of it myself. I called them about 30 minutes before closing on Labor Day weekend hoping against hope I could get them to help. I explained (begged) to the customer service rep my problem and asked if they could help me in Portland. She put me on hold, called Bill, who had been to my house on the original design of the system, and 10 minutes later he was on my driveway. Can you say "above and beyond the call of duty?"
