Why FRB is Different
Report
Constant noise can make dogs anxious. Our suites are solidly built from floor to ceiling with sound-dampening insulation between rooms. Air quality is important for your pet's health. Each suite has it's own ventilation with 24 air exchanges per hour to keep it smelling fresh and clean. To keep stress at a minimum, our suite doors are solid core to prevent dogs from seeing each other during rest periods.

Our goal is to be a safe, happy place for dogs to play, socialize, relax and rejuvenate while their owners are away. The information we gather during the intake process and the medical requirements allow us to do just that. Not all dogs are well suited for boarding. We have set up our procedures to best evaluate your dog's appropriateness for our type of care.
Faq
Report
We are a small facility and any confirmed booking prevents us from taking other reservations for a booked room. This means that we will inevitably be turning away potential business due to confirmed bookings. If a confirmed reservation is cancelled, we not only lose that revenue, but the potential revenue from bookings we had to pass on due to confirmed reservations.

Our experienced trainer, Elena Gannett, uses positive reinforcement based methods with an emphasis on canine body language and psychology. The goal is to understand why dogs are misbehaving so we can find the long-term solution. I am currently the Training Director of a local Schutzhund club and an active Schutzhund (IPO/IGP) sportsman and training decoy.
