The Cove Pizza and Deli is a family friendly restaurant, locally owned, and operated by the Avison family since 2003. It is conveniently located in downtown Polson across the street from the Riverside Park. Our pizza is hand tossed, and served with the freshest toppings. The sandwiches are prepared on bread from the local bakery, and loaded with the finest meats, cheeses, and veggies.
We also offer a salad bar, and homemade soup, pizza by the slice, wraps, and snacks. Cove Pizza and Deli is proud to serve 16 different Wilcoxsons Ice Cream flavors. Cove Pizza and Deli has a variety of beverages for the whole family. Everything from soda, hot cocoa, cider, tea, and local beer (on draft and in the bottle).

The Cove Deli and Pizza is proud to serve Wilcoxson's Ice Cream. Wilcoxson's has produced premium old-fashioned hard ice cream for over EIGHTY YEARS. A Montana Company located in Livingston, Wilcoxson's makes approximately 65 different flavors.
To name a few: Chocolate Runs Through It (named after a famous Robert Redford movie filmed in Livingston); Stuck in a Rut (French vanilla, caramel swirls, mini-rolo's); Montana Moose Moss (mint ice cream, chocolate swirls, mini-peppermint patties); Huckleberry (huckleberry ice cream and real Montana berries!)And yes we will make you the best milkshake you have ever had with any of our 16 flavors.

Its idea for conception originated with Kevin Avison, who then approached brother, Ryan, and parents Ken and Tami, to join him in this venture. Kevin was a teacher and football coach, Ryan was a recent college graduate, and Ken and Tami, a retired superintendent, and R.N., respectively. Kevin's wife, Aimee, also worked to make this a reality.
