Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a small business. Once Amber and Will knew our install was done poorly instead of trying to make it right they ghosted us and wouldnt take responsibility. Looks like Im not the only one they have done this too (read the reviews) Not sure how they stay in business. I really wanted to support a small business. So disappointing.

Amber was incredibly helpful. She was able to match flooring that was discontinued and that had been installed over two years ago. She then had it shipped to a warehouse closer to my home so I could easily pick it up. I was able to finish our master closet with the same flooring as the rest of the house. Next time I need flooring I know where I will go.

Called 3 companys and Ryan from US Floors Direct responded with a great quote! Needed a exact match to wood that was preexisting wood that I researched was made by Shaw. Ryan was responsive and made it a great experience along with Yo the installer and Amber at the office. I have a couple more projects that I will definately be using US Floors Direct for.
