Outstanding! Everyone is very helpful, polite and professional. Dr. Petrella is amazing! He is thorough and takes the time to explain everything to you. Then he moves to the easiest and least invasive alternatives first. The whole practice is great!

Having my knee replaced was the most painful thing I have ever been through. The process was made manageabe through the help of the nurses and staff at 7 Rivers. Everything was so clean and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Patrella made me feel at ease and did a great job! Almost a year later and I am playing golf and exercising better than ever. My golf swing is more stable now. No doubt it was a great decision! I may never be able to match Dr.'s golf game but I sure gained a couple strokes on him, LOL!

I was in a bind. Friday nite. Fell and later found out I completely tore my quadriceps tendon. Dr Petrella and his staff worked me into their crazy busy schedule, and I had surgery the next week. I'm mending now and doing great so far. Their professionalism coupled with true compassion has made my initial apprehension turn into a determination to be better than ever. I feel they're on my side. What more could you want.

Dr. Patrella and Dr. Silverstein were both very caring and professional during my treatment. I'm so thankful that they pursued the cause of my back pain and lack of ability to walk/sit or sleep without having hip pain. The issue was resolved after many months of pursuing it with other health care professionals. Office staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this orthopaedic institute to others.

I was well prepared for each step in the process of having my hip replacement. Because of this, I had little to no discomfort. Yes, I had stiffness and reduced movement but with the help from staff, that improved quickly. I walked out of the hospital with a walker and left the walker behind after a week. Knowing that we're all different, I believe Dr Petrellas' method allowed for a more progressive healing. Thank you Citrus Orthopedic & Joint Institute.
