Title insurance is a means of protecting you from financial loss in the event that problems develop regarding the rights to ownership of your property. Real estate has traditionally been a family's most valuable asset. The entire investment depends upon the quality of title. Our title policy protects you against unforeseen defects in title that would not be revealed by an abstract, the public records or an attorney's opinion.

Unlike other forms of insurance, the original premium is your only cost as long as you or your heirs own the property. There are no annual payments to keep your Owner's Title Insurance Policy in force. Our research department checks for ownerships or liens that need to be corrected or paid, so the new buyer can have their property rights protected.

The company was later purchased by Daniel Boone County Abstract Company, headquartered in what is known as the Guitar Building on 8th Street.
