I typically like this place, but I got a French manicure last week, and my nails chipped the following day. I don't know how they can charge 35.00, and chip so soon. I'm usually impressed by this place, but very disappointed this time.

Friendly staff, however my "hot stone" pedicure was more like an overpriced regular pedicure. After the soak and express scrub, I had to double check my email confirmation to see if I indeed booked hot stones as she was finishing up. She finally pulled out a towel for quick rub with lukewarm pebbles just before polish. Which btw, wasn't the color I picked out at all. I selected a shimmery white and I walked out with silver. She said it would "lighten up" with more coats. Upon closer look back home, there was no thorough cuticle cleanup and my nails were terribly streaky and smudged. They don't
