Fox Hopyard Golf Club

The opening hole at Fox Hopyard is a slightly downhill par four with a gentle dogleg right. As with all of the holes at the Hopyard, precision is more important than power. A well placed tee ball leaves a shot iron into a green guarded on the left by a grass depression and on the right by a large bunker.

Will members enjoy reciprocal playing privileges at the other Fox courses? All members are welcome to also play at Crumpin-Fox Club in Bernardston, Massachusetts and at 50% of the prevailing rate at Fox Hollow Golf Club in the Tampa area. Will the public be able to use the club facilities?

The Club may book visitor tee times and our clubhouse restaurant will be open to the public to the extent that the golf course and its facilities can be enjoyed by all.This will allow us to staff and maintain the Club to it's optimal level. However, as at our other golf course, our members will be our first priority.

Our philosophy is simple - explore what our students want and need and help them achieve it. Anything is easy if you know how. The only true learning is through self-discovery so our approach isn't to over teach but rather to help the student to learn. Every golfer has extraordinary abilities, our goal is to help them discover, utilize and enjoy them.

Michel Painchaud is proud to make Fox Hopyard his home for instruction. Michel "Mitch" is dedicated to helping golfers achieve their goals using a tried and true method of incorporating biomechanics into his teaching material supported by video analysis and launch monitor statistics. Each program and training session will be summarized in a 2-5 minute emailed video that will be stored in a V1 personalized online locker.

The centerpiece of the Fox Hopyard development is the expansive learning/practice facility. The learning/practice facility was designed to promote a relaxed, comfortable environment with plenty of exposure to "real game" situations. The main tee has two levels, is 95 yards and has over an acre of teeing ground.
