Yamaha of Killeen, Inc. (doing business as "Texas Motor Sports") was founded and organized in the fall of 1972 by Robert L. (Bob) Bearden as a way to have fun with his 5 children. We operated there for 35 years, still under the same family ownership. As an 82nd Airborne soldier and ex-P.O.W. who jumped on D-Day at Normandy during WWII, our father was emphatic about the way we treated our customers, especially the military.
Although our father passed away in August of 2017, the mission "to provide the very best products at fair prices, and back it with excellent service" continues. Basic Rider Course-U

The BRC-U, the Basic Rider Course-Updated, is the curriculum established by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, and is a course required to obtain a motorcycle license (Class M) in the state of Texas. This course is designed with the beginner in mind by providing helpful student participation and interaction.
