Report
Moved back to central NY from FL and purchased a gas insert in November. Have had nothing but problems with the fireplace and have had poor customer service from the beginning. No show for the first appointment, charged me for the entire amount up front instead of 50/50, didn't check for or order a flue damper (had to order and install myself), fireplace continually would not light, told us to just close the door to light after a frustrating two months, only worked periodically, now it will not work at all.
