Got sick and needed some vitamin c and other supplements. For food based supplements, head to Alpha and Omega Chiropractic. They have the best ones! This place is great for your other needs though. We really appreciated their on the phone help and check for what we need processes.

Fast, friendly staff. Got our J&J COVID vaccinations there. Appeared to be well stocked, full service pharmacy. They even had canned Oxygen if you feel like you need a little help adjusting to the 7,000 ft. altitude here in Ruidoso New Mexico.
