Virginia was born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania to James and Ruth Soisson. She was also predeceased by her sister, Maxine Hensel. Virginia and Donald were happily married for 51 years. They were married in Ft. Meyr, Virginia where Donald was serving in the US. From a very early age, his siblings remember Jim as someone they could trust and rely on.

Annette McCoy was born in Chicago where she received a Catholic school education, graduating from high school in 1987.

Veterans Overview
Report
The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.
