I have NEVER been so humiliated in my life. I was looking forward to my appointment with Amanda. Amanda was VERY nice and professional. The woman who claims she manages the place messed up my appointment and I was thrown around to another hair stylist. The other hair stylist, Heather, was unprofessional and acted as if she did not want to do my hair, then proceeds to say well, you know this can cost up to $200. I know Im not dressed in Gucci outfits or anything, but my military career pays me well enough to afford a GREAT lifestyle, so spending $200 or more was already expected. I had

I had to search for my daughter and myself for a new hair salon and spa given our current circumstances I had to evaluate so many places. As always, Rachel Briggs, does an amazing job with my hair. She listens to what I want and tells me the process to get there......and does! Absolutely love her work and enjoy seeing her and talking with her. She is so patient, easy going and very knowledgeable of her craft! Love my hair and experience.
