Inspect It Like A Girl has been serving the Jackson Metro area since 2003. Our owner, ASHI Certified Home Inspector Pam Pybas, discovered that she was getting much of her referral business because she was a woman with a reputation for detail.

Understanding that purchasing a home can be stressful, Pam's goal has been to simplify the inspection process from the time the appointment is made until the inspection report is written and delivered to the client.Our commitment to our clients doesn't end when the inspection is over. Owning a home creates a whole new set of questions.

Opportunity to have any and all issues that are covered by your Builder's Warranty documented in writing in an easy to read report to ensure your issues are resolved under that warranty. For a modest fee we will ensure the work you pay for is done correctly and that corners are not cut.

Investors may not need or want our full inspection services. We offer A La Carte options that allow the investor to pick and choose what we are inspecting. Thermal Imaging allows us a non-invasive, non-destructive way of evaluating conditions below the surface that may not be visible by the naked eye.

A home inspection consists of a visual inspection of all the major components of a home. Items included in the inspection are structural components, roofing, roof and foundation ventilation, insulation, central air conditioning, heating, plumbing system, electrical systems, exterior, garage, interiors, venting systems, built-in kitchen appliances, and recall alert information.
