Do not retain David Issenman. Wed hired him as an arbitrator, and he immediately proposed himself as a mediator, which is a massive conflict of interest. The first thing he said was, In a mediation I do not have the power to bind anyone to anything. Which is perfect for him and his firm; they can just rack up their billable hours, double charge both sides of the dispute, with no binding or tangible results. Greed drives this man and this firm. The number of times he proposed new consent orders to execute already executed consent orders, or further mediation to mediate already mediated

Jon Wolfe and Kimber Gallo were able to manage a very adversarial situation in the most professional and skillful manner possible. They developed and guided a creative solution that not only led to a good outcome, but made it unlikely I would have to appear in court again in the future. I was tremendously grateful for their hard work on the day of settlement and looking back over the years I have grown to appreciate them even more.
