If a tenant we place in your property breaks their lease within the first six months of their lease starting, we will waive our leasing fee charged to you to find another tenant. Also, we will only collect our management fee when we collect your rent. If we cannot secure a qualified tenant within 30 days of marketing your property, we will waive your first month's management fee.

All maintenance requests must be submitted through your Tenant Portal during standard business hours (M-F: 8:30am-5:30pm PST). Once you've logged in to your Tenant Portal, follow the prompts to submit your maintenance request. For after-hours maintenance emergencies that cannot wait until the next business day, please call 425-658-1944.
