I decided to switch to Village Motors out of frustration with a previous Ford service center. The service was for a routine oil change/tire rotation. This is why I gave 5 stars:
-They scheduled me on a Saturday - convenient!
-It took a short 40 minutes - efficient!
-They explained everything that was checked and/or serviced - detailed!
-I received paperwork for my records - organized!
-The staff was courteous - amazing!
-I was able to enjoy the rest of my day - thank you!
